From Swartz Bay, follow Hwy 17 down to Quadra. Follow Quadra to McKenzie Avenue, turning left onto McKenzie. Follow McKenzie through the University of Victoria (it will become Sinclair Avenue), to Cadboro Bay Road. Turn left and then hang a left at Beach Drive. Follow Beach Drive to Windsor Avenue. Turn right and then make a left onto Newport Avenue. 1052 Newport is 2 blocks down, between Orchard and Margate.
