Ecotourism in Saskatchewan

With endless fields of sunflowers, sunny blue skies, and loons that sing to you on enchanting summer evenings, Saskatchewan is surrounded by natural splendours. Saskatchewan’s rare prairie grasses, dinosaur fossils and badlands are certainly aspects of nature that both locals and visitors will want to protect, and even small communities are putting in effort to reduce their footprint on the world. The town of Craik, for example, is well on its way to creating an eco-village, and Regina is converting its vehicle fleet from gasoline to compressed natural gas.
