This is a heritage protected area that spreads over 239 square kilometers and was created in 1969. It is located in New Brunswick and presents a bunch of sceneries of enormous beauty such as sand dunes, lagoons, islands, various forests or salt marshes. The wildlife that you can see here includes seabirds and the endangered Piping Plover plus tern colonies. As a matter of fact, the size of the tern colonies in the region is the second in the entire North America. If you choose to relax in Kouchibouguac National Park of Canada, you can hike, go cycling or swimming when the weather allows it. All in all, the park is just great and you should definitely take some time to see it.
