Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve of Canada

Situated in the eastern part of Quebec, the Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve of Canada consists of the Archipelago that comprises 40 limestone islands plus over 1000 granite islets and reefs. These islands cover over 150 square kilometers and show the beauty of untouched land. The scenery is both beautiful and scary, the man being able to observe the way the sea has eaten the shores and the rocks over the centuries. The wildlife that is present on these islands and islets contain plants of different colors and sizes and shapes, seabirds, seals, dolphins, whales etc. The park was set up in 1984 and waits all the visitors with open arms. These islands can be visited by boat and you can engage in activities such as canoeing, boating, hiking or bird watching.
