Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations 28 days prior to the reservation date will be refunded, minus a $25.00 administration fee. Deposit will be forfeited on cancellations less than 28 days before the reservation date and only be refunded (minus the $25.00 administration fee) if we are able to rent the cottage for the entire period of the reservation. In case of early check outs we will refund 50% of the daily rate* on the remaining reserved dates.
* Daily rates will be calculated by total rate given for the entire length of stay divided by the number of nights reserved.
