Located in the center of the Island of Montreal, a few steps from the metro(subway) and within the same distance you will find Discount, a Car rental Company. You are only 10 minutes from downtown, Airport and train service. In five minutes you are at the food supermarket, commercial centre(Mall) and several restaurants and theatres. You are a ski fan?… Close to the house, the freeway will take you to several ski centres in only 45 minutes.

Directions
From highway 40 Westward, you take exit 67(M. Laurin boulevard)
From highway 40 eastward, you take exit 65 and follow the directions to M. Laurin boulevard.
If you are either on M. Laurin or Decarie north, go to the second lights and turn right(Du College Street)
Drive to Ste-Croix boulevard and turn right again.
While turning on the Ste-Croix Important to keep the extreme right. Do not go under underpass.
St-Louis Street is the second street south of Du College Street. Drive slowly because it’s the second house on the right side after the stop sign.
